Program Overview
The Internal Trainer Accelerator prepares selected staff to become confident, consistent, and well-supported internal facilitators.
The program combines content mastery, delivery coaching, session observation, and implementation planning so trained facilitators can sustain the work after the initial engagement.
Learning Objectives
- Deliver approved content with consistency and clarity.
- Manage facilitation flow, questions, and learner participation.
- Build an internal rollout plan for continued delivery.
Requirements
- Nomination or approval from the sponsoring organization.
- Prior subject familiarity or facilitation experience is preferred.
